Yay! I've been meaning to get this up!
I learned how to make gyoza for real a few weeks ago... they are the LOVE of my life (after Japan).
I wanted to make a tutorial after seeing
's "Tiny Gyoza or Giant Chopsticks?" [link]
If you don't know what gyoza are, here's a little history.
Gyoza are Japanese pan-fried (unique in this way) pork dumplings. They are made with special gyoza wrappers. The wrappers are filled with a pork/Chinese cabbage mixture and pleated. Then they're fried in a pan with sesame oil and served piping hot.
They taste SO GOOD!!

If you make any gyoza using this tutorial, and you post it, please let me know and also link this tutorial in your description. Thanks!
